Approval times, shopping cart compatibility, and card types
Initial pre-approval is typically back within two business days, after that, you’ll receive a request for electronic signature and free cart integration assistance.
Once you complete the pre-screen (enter your legal business name below to begin), accounts are often approved in about 7 days.
The processor handles shopping cart integration for you for free, if you like — generally within three business days following approval. Most popular carts are supported: Shopify, Woocommerce, Magento, etc. Most merchants are up and running within a week!
This domestic gateway supports all 4 major card types, in all 50 states, and allows CBD and hemp businesses (including startups) to get going quickly without the minimums and start-up costs many other processors charge.
This is a unique solution – some important points
Customers can do a split pay, you get paid upfront
A multi-pay option is always shown at checkout. Your customers will only have to pay a portion upfront. This is a great way for you to increase your sale amount.
Here’s an example: You have a customer visit your site, they purchase $200 worth of your top quality, tested CBD oil. Your customer will pay $50 at checkout, you get paid the full $200 minus fees, and the customer then gets to pay $50 per month, until it’s paid off. At checkout, your clients will be able to quickly sign up for online access – so if they want to pay off the remaining amounts right away they can.

This multi-pay solution is unique and does have a different checkout feel. Allowed products and other restrictions
You can’t sell anything illegal, no THC above the Farm Bill legal limit of 0.03, no kratom, no psychoactives, and no MMJ. Basically all forms of legal CBD are allowed. The processor will screen your site and, ideally, let you know if any changes need to be made.
Your customers will be limited to a maximum purchase amount of $300. With history, repeat buyers may be allowed to purchase more at one time.
Only U.S. customers with U.S. credit cards will be allowed to purchase from your site.
To avoid a $150 early termination fee your account must remain open for at least 6 months.
How you get paid
You will be paid weekly, via ACH to your existing business bank account. Batch deposits are initiated each Friday, assuming Friday is not a holiday.
